Yes, we have terrible diets and come from toxic environments. We’d probably make them sick. 😉

We are omnivores that is some of us are herbivores , some others are carnivores . Aliens may have their own diet
They may not eat us. If they do , it is not about right or wrong , it is taste and conditioning.
I do not eat non vegetarian , I can not eat anything that bleeds. But I do not think non vegetarians are wrong. They are okay with it.
