Philosophy #157

“Stop leaving and you will arrive. Stop searching and you will see. Stop running away and you will be found.”
― Lao Tzu

Just STOP!!! JUST……. STOP!!! All will be known, but only if YOU stop.

I am curious to read what you guys have to say about this quote, and don’t forget to read the “Tao Te Ching” Stay bless and thank you for your continues support, LOVE YOU ALL.

Leave your thoughts about this quote, I am intrigued to read how you perceive this quote or how you can dissect it further. Thank you and don’t forget to think, for a thing will be just a thing, until you think beyond that thing.

  1. The idea I get from this is really being alive in the moment and enjoying what is, while having dreams. We are always preparing to leave somewhere, look ahead to what we feel would be better. The running away part is the sense we have to save ourselves all the time, when we need someone wiser and more experienced on the journey than us to be able to find us sometimes.

  2. I love that you leave these for other readers to dissect. What I enjoyed even more was reading the comments. I don’t know if anyone else struggles with this but, sometimes I have an idea of what something “means” in my head, but at the same time, I am still scoping for that reassurance.
